By using NaamX Solutions services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

☁️ SERVICES
NaamX Solutions provides:
• Web Hosting – High-performance, secure hosting plans
• Cloud Services – Scalable infrastructure and storage
• ERP & POS Solutions – Integrated business management tools
• SaaS Applications – Innovative software as a service
• Website Development – Custom design and development
• Domain & Related IT Services – Registration, DNS, SSL and more
🛡️ USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users must:
• Provide accurate information during registration and account updates
• Maintain account security (strong passwords, restricted access)
• Use services legally and in compliance with applicable laws
• Avoid abusive activities that could harm platform stability or other users
⚠️ Important: Any violation may result in suspension or termination without prior notice.
🚫 PROHIBITED USAGE
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
• Sending spam emails or unsolicited bulk messages
• Hosting malware, viruses, ransomware, or malicious code
• Phishing, hacking attempts, or unauthorized access to systems
• Illegal content distribution
• Resource abuse affecting server performance
Violations will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
💳 PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement or required by law.
Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services. Accounts with overdue balances will be disabled after 7 days and may incur a reactivation fee.
💡 Invoices are generated 14 days before the due date. Users are responsible for maintaining valid payment methods.
🌐 SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We aim to provide maximum uptime (99.9% uptime commitment for selected cloud plans), however uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Scheduled maintenance, network failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events may cause temporary disruption.
💾 BACKUPS
Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups unless backup services are explicitly included in their plan.
We strongly recommend regular off-server backups of all critical data.
⛔ ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
NaamX Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account immediately without prior notice if:
• The account is involved in abuse or security threats
• The user engages in prohibited activities
• Outstanding dues remain unpaid beyond the grace period
• False or fraudulent information is provided
⚖️ LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
NaamX Solutions shall not be responsible for:
• Data loss, corruption, or accidental deletion
• Business interruption or loss of revenue
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Third-party service failures or external cyber incidents
📜 MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update pricing, features, services, or these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
🏛️ GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujrat, Punjab, Pakistan.
